They were our property management company while my husband and our family were stationed overseas. They quit communicating after only a few months and didn’t manage it well at all.

In the month of October of 2017 we received a phone call from Mike the Receptionist stating they needed a Handyman to fix a dishwasher for one of their tenants that was not working. We promptly called the tenant and set up an appointment after 5 pm to work with their schedule. Normally that would have been an after hours charge however, we waived the fee so that we could get their dishwasher going again. Long story short the house was not wired properly to the breaker box and after a few hours of work we got her dishwasher going again. The problem is they did not want to pay us. Rick did not have the balls to talk to us himself, instead he sent Mike his receptionist to talk for him. We were told that we would get paid by 11/16/17 by him and expected that. Well today of writing the review we are told the bill was too much money. The total bill was around $250 for almost 4 hours work and I am pretty sure that is the cheapest amount for any electrician. So in the end he is refusing to pay us at all stating that is too much money So I would Not try to do any business with him. HE WILL LET YOU DO THE WORK AND RIP YOU OFF.

Well, I was referred to Mr Ott by another ReMax agent. I had been corresponding with Mr. Ott via text for a few days. I pointed out the things I wanted to see, and he pointed out the things he could and could not show me. Response time wasn't great, and I found myself getting frustrated with waiting around and repeatedly asking if I could see this house or that house and being told no. Thursday I told him I was going to come up Saturday and view a couple of places he said he could show me. Friday after 5p he shows me a list of places he can show me, none of which I want to view. Then he tells me most places need 24 hour notice to see the properties. I told him we have planned this since the beginning of the week (okay Thursday, but that's 48 hours in advance) and he text back with, "sure,...so yeah it all on me." Well no sh it's all on you. You're the agent in charge of scheduling the viewings are you not? GOODBYE! I think I'll find someone who is serious about their job.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I'VE SUBMITTED OVER A DOZEN WORK ORDERS FOR A GARAGE THAT WAS BROKEN WHEN WE MOVED IN A YEAR AND A HALF AGO. I'VE FIXED ALMOST EVERYTHING MYSELF BECAUSE THEY WON'T COME FIX ANYTHING. IM REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO HE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THEY CLAIM HEY CENT GET HOLD.OF THE LANDLORD. IT DOESN'T TAKE A YEAR AND A HALF TO FIND THEM BUT HEY CAN TAKE MY RENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON TIME. IM ABOUT TO CANCEL MY RENT PAYMENTS UNTIL THEY FIX THIS DAMN HOUSE.
