I'm normally not one to write reviews about anything, but my husband and I have personally had horrible experience with this management company thus far. I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before signing the lease with them. Before we even filled out the application for the unit we are currently residing in, we had notice the front door had a substantial gap in between the frame and the door. We were advised that it would be fixed prior to us moving in. On the day of move in almost a month after we initially looked at the unit, we notice that request had not been fulfilled as promised. My husband immediately put in a service request to get it taken care of. It took a service technician 3 weeks to come and look at it. Being in the industry myself, I do understand that things become a priority over minor things like this, but this we something that had put prior to even signing anything with them so they had ample time to address the request at hand. When the service technician finally came address the request, all he did was put weather stripping and replaced the striker plate. Just this month, we got letter in the mail stating we had a delinquent balance for $44.00 for the door "repair". When I called the office to address it, they informed that I needed to put in a dispute if I wanted it reconciled and they would contact me in 5-10 days. I asked the woman if they charge for service requests and she stated that only if it was perceived to the tenants fault. How are you going to charge me for something that should have been handled prior to move in? I'm not sure I understand that logic. I love the unit very much, there a few minor things that we've put in other maintenance requests for that have been taken care of. Now on the maintenance side of things, I will assure you I am anything other than pleased.

Thank you for all the hard work you do managing our property for us. We want to let you know we appreciate you and are very impressed with the turn around time between tenants. We are very grateful for the service provided to us by Armadillo Properties.

The company does not take the customers into consideration in their desicion making what so ever. They will come to your house at their convenience not yours nor your animals. The upkeep of their properties is sub par and they will try and stick you with every charge even if it is clearly the responsibility of the owner. Stay away from this company and use one that will work with you to do what is best for both parties involved.

The staff was great. The prices were vary good for the properties. Had a difficult situation and they help me greatly. I will always appreciate there help and professional services.

The worst management company with the worst customer service ever. Beware of this business and read the fine print and when you ask questions make sure you ask them more then three times because unfortunately no one is on the same page! Good luck with who ever is already under contract with them and at move out no matter how well you kept the house you will never get your deposit back in full because they charge you for previous damages even though you wrote it in the move in inspection! Never again!
