I highly recommend you purchasing your Allen Edmonds from this store. The manager Henry and his sales associate Austin provide excellent customer service. You will not find their level of attention at any other Allen Edmonds store. I had fit problems with previous Allen Edmond shoes I had purchased. Henry graciously made exchanges and made certain my fit was spot on. Thank you Austin. Thank you Henry.

I stopped in during their twice annual sale. I love their shoes and typically just buy online, but I happened to walk by this location and decided to stop in. I'm so glad that I did! 

I appreciate how helpful they were in person and haven't had customer service like this in a long time from a retail store location. I'm still building up my shoe collection, so I valued their advice on what style and color to get next. 

I'm going to a wedding soon and wanted to replace some old black shoes. I almost went for wayyy too casual of a pair (the 5th avenue) which I hoped to also wear at the office. Per their advice, I didn't to instead get the more classic and formal Carlyle. While I won't wear them nearly as often, this way I will have one incredible pair of formal shoes to go with the occasional formal event (wedding, big job interviews, etc.).

I highly recommend picking up their shoe cleaning kit. I didn't start taking care of my shoes until recently, and it has been night and day in terms of how nice the shoes look if you put in at least the bare minimum of effort (shoe trees, shoe polish and leather lotion at least once a quarter, etc.). Their polish and cleaning products are all surprisingly affordable and it is great to have the colors matched exactly.

Nice selection, great staff, and superb customer service. one thing i will say about this store and other shops in city center is the customer service is superb. will buy a few more pairs from them.

Love me some AE shoes.  Service varies wildly between Sales Associates.  Henry is AWESOME.  Knowledgeable and helpful.  Some of the other SAs, not so much.

Had a superb experience today with Patraic, the Sale Associate on duty. Allen Edmonds shoes had been on my radar for a while, but had hesitated purchasing because of uncertainty about the right fit for me. Told Patraic this and he sized up my feet and happily brought out several sizes, fits, and lasts to match the shoes I was considering. Whole experience was great - Patraic was very knowledgeable and friendly, and hooked me up with a very fair deal. I placed my order today and intend to return this weekend to pick up my shoes.
