The customer service here is the best I've ever seen. I bought a pair of running shoes that were causing me discomfort (tight toe box - leading to blistering/bleeding in between the toes) and the manager (Bronson) exchanged the shoes to make sure I would have the perfect fit. I can highly recommend Potomac River Running and I'll be sure to come here for all my future running needs!

Filled with great merchandise, updated technology, music, knowledgeable staff and caring management, this Running Store will meet all your needs. It has a welcoming atmosphere that is refreshing in a bustling metropolis.

Friendly, helpful staff who know their stuff. I came in looking for a shoe that addressed a specific problem and they were able to help me find something. Not at all pushy--relaxed and helpful. A great running store.
