Great store, EXCELLENT service! As I read some of these poor reviews on here, I was shocked. The only shoes you won't be able to try on in this store is the made to order cordovan leather shoes. Those are just samples and every AE store I have been to has the same rule for those shoes. To keep this review simple, I will just tell you that this AE location is extremely knowledgeable. Its obvious the store manager knows her stuff and trains her staff very well. When you visit this location, be ready to be sized correctly and to leave knowing more about their shoes than you ever did. Way better service than the typical Nordstrom. The only thing that hurts this store is their location.

So I read the reviews and was a little nervous about coming in here to the point that I almost skipped over it.  A little bit of disbelief that these extreme experiences couldn't possibly be true got me in the door - and I couldn't be more pleased with my search.  April is a rockstar.  She was friendly and accommodating and very knowledgeable about the products, their construction materials and processes.  She took the time to size me, showing me multiple options and sizes and explaining why they were either a good or not as good fit for my foot.  Sure enough, I went with what she originally recommended.  At no point did I feel pressured to buy or like I was being sold.  I don't do this often, but I couldn't imagine a better experience.  Do not hesitate to come here.

Worst Allen Edmonds in the country. Sure, the shoes are good,  but customers are met with condescending arrogance, and outright ignorance.  I own several pairs purchased from other locations, but this Bellevue store wouldn't even let me try on a pair of shoes they had in stock!
Someone needs to tell them that they aren't selling Christian Louboutin, or Berluti, or Valentino shoes, and to adjust their attitude accordingly!
The only thing this location does is hurt the Allen Edmonds brand. Find your shoes elsewhere (Nordstrom in the same mall sells Allen Edmonds - and will even let you try them on!).  Avoid at all costs.

bellevue staff are very unfriendly and have the attitude that their doing you a favor by assisting you in dropping 450-700 dollars on a pair of shoes.   love the shoes,  but can do without the attitude.

Great shop.  Lots of sizes to fit all widths and sizes.  Salesman was very knowledgeable with a low sales environment.
