I went in today and the manager was a gem of a human. He knows and loves his job. I cannot say enough good things. I will ONLY shop at his store from now on.

Bought a pair of Campers a little over 2 years ago in Bellevue, WA. A year in to ownership the soles began to disintegrate. Not just a little...it crumbled to nothing. (Google "Camper shoes disintegrate" yourself). The manager at the time told me there was a lifetime warranty so I figured I'd return them when I was back in Bellevue which isn't often. Today not only do I learn it is a 2 year warranty, but I cannot even get a partial discount toward another pair for a new purchase. I was told to take my shoes and call customer service. I told her the manager can take these shoes and shove them up his ass. After further search (while waiting for the mangers verdict...he wasn't in so she text him pics of the shoes) that Camper soles commonly disintegrate and customer service is unforgiving and non existetent. She apologized, even though it wasn't her fault she works for a shotty company and a manager that trips over dollars picking up pennies. Seriously...Bellevue, WA of all places I figured customer service existed. Back to REI and Nordstroms where they value customers.
