A great experience overall! Food was amazing, but what really made the experience was the fantastic staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating - lots of smiles! They were attentive despite the fast paced night. Did I mention the food was amazing! Check it out!

I think this restaurant is over-hyped for what you're actually getting. I understand why the prices are high and what they're trying to achieve, but everything I ate just seemed...meh. Overrated? The service was amazing, I will say that. Drinks were just OK. Best thing was the Taco Al Pastor and Fried Eggplant (which was worth the price and tasted unlike anything else I've had).

My gf and I went to TC over Labor Day weekend. We stayed at the Hotel Indigo and I had put Alliance on the map based on their reviews. Didn't realize it was literally next door to our hotel. (which was a bonus) We got lucky and found a spot at the bar. The bar tender said about 3-4 items for two people. We ordered the bread (which was good for a lot of the breweries we hit up before hand), corn dish, Thai fried chicken and Scallops. The Thai fried chicken was so good. The next day we were tourist and rode around town and hit up more breweries. We found ourselves wanting more Thai fried chicken so we decided to go back. Luckily before closing time they were able to fit us in as they were at capacity. Everyone kept greeting us saying "Welcome back." We tried other dishes like "the toast" and pork shoulder lettuce wraps. But the Thai fried chicken was still our fav. Don't typically review but thought - really nice people, great food and awesome decor required a shout out.

So amazing! Every time I come here I love it more! Andy is the best (ask for him to be your waiter).

The food was so amazing I would literally drive 3.5 hours just to eat here. So good we couldn't get enough! The cocktails were just as good as the food too
