Took 5 watches in here for new batteries. I had good experiences in the past. 4 watches went fine. I cannot say the same for the 5th watch. He worked on it for 20 minutes before giving back to me and said he couldn't do it. He neglected to tell me that the hands fell off the watch and he could not put them back on until after I questioned him about it. He also did not even replace the battery. This watch came out worse then when I took it in. I had to take it to a jeweler repairer and spend nearly $50 to get it fixed. I understand that things happen but there was not an offer for compensation or discount for the other watches. Now I'm just out $50. It cost me more for 1 watch then 4 because of this mishap.

Don't buy marine battery's at this store they will not give you the warranty for the battery. Also I bought my battery last may of 2016 they told me the sticker they use to keep track of when i bought it was stamped 2015 which is funny because the guy had a battery that was brand new and not bought yet that was stamped for 2016 which makes it all ready out of warranty so when we asked the guy said that battery was brand new. The 2 people in the store had the worst customer service out of anywhere I have ever been. I have bought battery's  there before and had to take they back the next day because right out of the package they were bad and they told me that there was no way they could be dead after fighting with them they finally changed them out which again they were dead. I will never return to this store ever again.

My drill battery went out instead of spending money on a new one for 50 i saved money pluse the replacement is better

I had 2 batteries built there so far and I will continue to go back. Their prices are excellent. The quality is great as well. I use the batteries for airsoft and they custom built both my batteries to fit into my gun perfectly. Their location is 2 blocks away from where I play airsoft as well so if I ever need anything done it's never out of my way. The only con is they don't have a lot of staff so when they get busy it can take a couple days for them to get caught up which means you may be stuck waiting on a battery.
