Only problem is they don't answer the phone when you call. Other than that very good service.

I just love how I call ahead to make sure my replacement phone is there but when I get to the store they come up with some dumb excuse about how management hasnt been there all day to check in phones so I have to wait until tomorrow... Even though the phone is sitting right there in front of my face!! So youre telling me no one else knows how to check in a stupid phone??  I work two jobs one of which requires me to have a phone and this is beyond irritating. Shouldnt have even told me you had my phone to begin with if I couldnt even have it yet just because it hasnt been put in your computer system. But thank you so much for wasting my time. Pretty sure I will be switching phone service cause this never happened with sprint!!

I didn't appreciate the dishonest, high pressure sale tactics used based on low quantity available. I was able to find several phones at other T mobile locations with more available options.
