Great store with a very helpful staff. I live in Maize and I still get excellent cell phone service at home. T-Mobile seems to have the most affordable rates when compared to other service providers. I've had an awesome experience so far with this store.

They are clueless!!! They always promise promotions and then the bill comes and they aren't valid or the representative lied! Mike the manager sold me about this great deal and I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and he straight up lied! Last time I had them add 2 promotions they were running. Got the bill and you can't do both!? Hate this store! I even have it in writing! They don't have any knowwledge!

I tried calling, and couldn't get through so I went in, which made it clear to me why it's hard to get someone on the phone. They had 4 people working, and had at least 4 groups of people in line. Anyone who's bought a phone before knows, this is not the fastest transaction ever. Therefore, they help the people in store before answering. I was told to call 611 if I had general questions about my account. Worked like a charm! Awesome store!

Awesome atmosphere. Everyone was super helpful. I don't think any of the people from those older bad reviews are still there because these guys are awesome!

I recommend this store over any mobile phone store I've ever been to. The customer care I received and attention to specific needs was fantastic, 5 out of 5 stars for sure.
