They are not actually in business to pay claims, they are in business to delay, frustrate and force you to give up. This is why companies like UPS hire them. In the end the customer gets nothing and everyone else has their reputation destroyed. Claims that should take a couple of weeks, they will string out until you quit. They ask for things that are not needed.
