ABSOLUTE CROOKS and no service either! I was struck by a Flatiron Zachry COMPANY truck that was speeding up a MEDIAN past stopped traffic. The driver confessed to the police he was in the wrong, the police report clearly puts total fault on this driver. Should be open and close. I got ONE call from Zurich 2 days after I was almost killed from TONI BRIDGES. What followed was 3 WEEKS, I repeat, 3 WEEKS before I could get a hold of her again. What kind of employee won't return emails or voicemails for 3 weeks? After reaching out to 2 managers, I got a call where she lazily told me "you're at fault; Zurich is not liable." Now, I will have my insurance protest this to full extent; I will get lawyers involved; and I will directly explain to Flatiron Zachry their insurance company refuses to do their job and should be dropped immediately! TONI BRIDGES may think she is crookedly saving Flatiron Zachry Money, but in fact will cost them SO much more since their insurance lazily refuses to do their job.

Zurich non-renewed our Liability Insurance on our building based on a picture taken of our building by Google Earth a year BEFORE we had even occupied the building, then when we pointed that out said that the building is too old. Our business (Double Duty Duds) is a clothing thrift store established to help those less fortunate. NONE of our clothing is priced over $5 We have NEVER filed a claim, paid our premiums before those were due! If we have to close what do we tell our customers who depend on us for their needs?) -Boycott Zurich!!!! Had to rate one star BUT wanted NO star!!!!
