I have had a policy through this agency for my rental insurance and now for car insurance. Donna is outstanding, professional, and just an all around nice person. Every one I've talked to there has such good customer service. I won't go anywhere else.

Melissa is honest and professional but the person Donna M. who works there is obnoxious and rude. Honestly she is awful. If you need assistance, try to avoid her if you can.
