I was happy with them for the first year I had them. Then they came for the fall service check up and suddenly it's an additional $30 to change the humidifier pad which I supplied. It's not total home care as they advertize, it's total home care plus anything they can nickel and dime you for. Cancelling and not using them again.

These people are the WORST. Diagnosed that I needed to replace a well pump, then took two days and 4 calls from me, to get an estimate. My insurance company called for the detailed work estimate and the only representative who had access to the file had LEFT FOR THE DAY AT 3:30 pm, after assuring me that he would wait for my call.

I have used this company's services four times in the past. Using them again for a plumbing issue. They respond quickly, do the work efficiently and are very fair in their pricing. Top shelf all the way!

Our water heater broke and AllTech was out to replace it the SAME day! They were on time and very professional not to mention the best price out of anyone. Definitely best in the biz!

We recently had the pleasure of meeting with Raymond to talk about replacing our heating and A/C system in our home. We explained our issues with the home and he not only identified solutions that made sense, but also confirmed they were workable both at the sales pitch and contract signing. The technicians who came to install the system completely lived up to the bar set by that experience. Our utility room has never looked quite so clean and everything is working perfectly. While it has only been a few days, we look forward to a long relationship with Alltech Services. Highly recommend!
