George was very respectful and honest. Gave me a great reasonable estimate to install a gas furnace and Air conditioning unit. He sent his best installer Paul and Adam from (one hour Heating and Air conditioning) and they did an amazing job. Both guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They were here all day working so hard in a really small tight space to install a gas furnace and an outdoor air conditioning unit. Their work is so clean and organized, they don't make a mess. Paul was a real wiz to figure out a way to install a humidifier in a space that was so small. He didn't give up and simply say "the area is too small, it doesn't fit I'm sorry" he had to do some additional work around to figure out how to install the humidifier since I told him its really important for me in a house with small children. These guys know what they are doing. They are experts at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Prices are very reasonable. I wish every company treated their customers with this much integrity and respect. Highly recommended!!

Modern Mechanical /One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning  all around did an outstanding job.  From submitting an estimate bid to the installation of my new heating and AC system, I give this team a 5 Star rating.  Luis, the field representative was very willing to negotiate and also gave me my senior discount.  Unsolicited he found a 350 USD  rebate offer that I qualified for and they will submit the paperwork.  Prior to the installation team's arrival, I got emails preparing me for what their needs would be during the installation process, and what I could expect.  I was totally prepared for them.  They where very neat, using drop clothes the entire length of their path to/from the heating unit.  They wore their orange shoe covers to protect my floors. They picked up all their trash and left the place as neat as when they arrived.  My installation team was Paul S. and Adam  B..  Their professionalism and technical installation skills were outstanding.  Highly recommended.

Jaime V. from Modern Mechanical provided overall great service. He was punctual and very professional. He answered all my questions and conducted a very thorough evaluation of our AC system. We feel that all of his recommendations and diagnosis were honest and well informed. I don't only recommend Modern Mechanical, but also Jaime V, for all your AC/Heating needs.

Called and had same day apt for plumbing check up. Mike arrived timely, and was professional, polite.  During evaluation, Mike saw that my water pressure was much higher than it should have been. I agreed to have gauge installed.  Mike had to cut some drywall inside linen closet, but took care in not upsetting the shelving I had. Thanks to annual contract I bought,  I had a significant deductible to help defray the cost. Mike also found one of my toilets had a leak, I didn't realize, was a faulty gasket inside tank.  Mike took care of leak.  Modern Mechanical has a valuable employee.  Thank you.
