I had nothing wrong with my stay. The staff was very friendly and handled everything perfectly. I am personally not a fan of the European/boutique style room, but it's fine. Regardless of anything else, the location is fantastic for me. I can walk to work and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. I haven't explored all of the Aloft's amenities, but I'm sure I will in the coming weeks.

Great stay at Aloft! I've stayed in other cities, but both the location and service at this one stood out. I left an item in the room and they were kind enough to call me and offer to mail it back! I will be back.

I absolutely love this spot. Kevin the bartender is always a pleasure. I always bring close friends here and we never fail to have a good time. Great happy hour prices and delightful atmosphere.

Definitely one of my favorite places to stay when I have plans for a weekend getaway. The beds are pretty comfortable, the location is really close to a lot of restaurants, and the drive to The Galleria takes no time at all. Love the view of the buildings late at night and the fitness center is pretty decent, their treadmills are really new so it's always a smooth run when I feel like getting in some cardio.

Plus, nothing beats the personnel, everyone I've come into contact with has always been more than helpful in getting me what I need.

The first room I was in has an issue with the heat, but the staff quickly moved me to another room. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a very modern look to it. It's location is convenient to the Plano and Richardson area.
