The hotel is not the best but is okay. The toilet overflowed. The food is good. The only thing is you cant walk around with no shoes not sure why but you can't. They have good ice cream in their gift shop. But the elevator broke..... This isn't the most IDEAl place but the pace is very clean, The pool is comfortable and very warm! The outside pool is cold which is what I Like. I really like this hotel just some minor issues otherwise I love it!

We had a good Thai New Year party on December 30, 2017. The staff was friendly. The hotel lobby was nice and clean. The ballroom was good.

Extremely unpleasant overall. The building looks decent on the inside. Like any typical hotel that's been renovated to "look nice", everything is built cheaply and looks tacky. Batteries to the TV remote were dead when I arrived, the channel guide was incorrect, the fridge labeled "complimentary water" was empty. In the morning I went down to the lobby for breakfast, served myself the typical less than decent food that you'd find at any hotel, sat down and then was told by a "waiter" that breakfast was not complimentary. I told him I was finished eating if I had to pay, and he followed by telling me I had to pay anyway. I responded with a simple "no" and then was told I would be charged to my room regardless. Not anywhere in the lobby was there a sign, and not one person before I got my food told me I would be expected to pay. I checked all of my hotel related items in my room and the only thing in the room folder remotely related to the breakfast buffet was "children eat free". I visit Dallas often. I will never stay here again.

Very clean. The rooms are very nice. The construction Is such that it is quiet and comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

My experience seemed to be pretty good. The staff was helpful in letting me know where our get together was. The only complaint I have is that it was stuffy and humid in the women's restroom. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.
