Horrible hotel and staff. They will do anything to take ur money and kick u out for dumb reasons and not u let u get room again with them. Maintenance issues constantly.. Roaches.. U have to chase down staff and house cleaning crew for fresh linens and towels or anything u need. The front desk staff Brenda and Sandra are extremely Rude and lazy... This place is a roach infested low quality hotel.. Weird and strange people around always lingering also... Most of all staff is Rude and conniving...

The shower knob broke off in my hand when I turned it on. I couldn't turn off the shower after that. When I called the manager to report it. Nothing was done. The shower ran all night long. Plus the cable was not working either. 
Terrible experience. 
Just recently, I needed another room. (2 months later). I was turned away by the management because I was put on a "don't allow a rental" list. Apparently,  they blame me for their lousy rooms and service. Red Roof Inn is definitely on my list to avoid.

Its not an elegant hotel by any means, it is however comfortable. They let you keep one pet there for free, which was great for me and my family. The rooms range from 2 full sized beds to i believe 2 queens or a single king. They come with a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathrooms are nice, the service ia good. If you happen to need towels or toilet paper just head up to the front desk and they will provide you. The hotel is gated, accesible through a card key only, if you have problems with the key, just go up to the front desk. They will help you out. They're located right next to a Dennys and a Wal-Mart for any needs you may have. Right of US75 freeway which you can take to Downtown Dallas if your interested in traveling down. Major traffic hours range, weekdays from 6AM to 9AM and from 4PM to 7PM the freeway is pretty packed but aside from that your good to travel on down. Hope that helps.

We had an awesome stay staff is very friendly and the room was very clean and organized definitely recommend this place my husband ,3 yr old and I had a great experience here

Good location and decent price. My room was not the standard of clean I was expecting. I reserved a non-smoking room and was given smoking room that a has a terrible stench.
