Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast... Only complaints would be the workout room was so-so with several machines "out of order", pool was very small (but nice), and there was a large group that had a party the night I was there... Lobby felt more like a club than a hotel, but staff kept them under control and the rooms stayed quiet all night.

Booked 2 rooms, asked that they be adjoining or close, did not get them and got a BS excuse the hotel was full.  Not even true. It was Christmas Eve.  Adjustable beds did not and were stuck on 2 different settings so sides were uneven.  This used to be a good hotel needs some major overhauling of rooms and management.

Was attending a presentation from an oral surgeon about dental implants. I only viewed the conference room I was in, but it was clean, new, and of good size. They catered a meal as well, consisting of salad and a chicken/pasta dish that was very tasty. I was very pleased with the experience and would enjoy another reason to go.

We checked in very tired from our drive. The staff greated us with a smile and water. They were wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the hot tub was relaxing. We were attending a funeral. Very difficult time for us. We arrived back to our room with a beautiful plate of sugared fruit and a note of condolences. It warmed our hearts. Excellent service and top notch hospitality. Thank you!

Nice hotel and good prices. The staff doesn't seem to want to make efforts to accommodate guest requests.
