Working with Joann was truly a pleasure.  She was able to find auto insurance that was more than $300 cheaper than what I was paying.  Shortly after, she guided me through getting insurance for my first home.  I am extremely happy with my rates and feel comfortable knowing I can always get someone that I know and that who has earned my trust on the phone if I have a question or concern.  Joann's professionalism and expertise with insurance made me feel comfortable and her friendliness and approachability made the process relaxed and easy.  By shopping locally, I was able to save money and feel safe knowing exactly what I was buying.  I highly recommend Alpha/Omega and will be a long-time returning customer!

I highly recommend contacting Ms. Ragozzino and her colleagues @ Alpha/Omega for your insurance needs. I was in a rush to find a company that provided landlord insurance and Karen came through with flying colors! Karen was quick to facilitate and found a carrier to cover my home that was comparable to what I was currently paying and to boot, insure my home for a higher replaceable value than what my current policy had me covered for! Excellent and thorough service... Thank you, Karen!
