Reviews

Poor heating that requires you use space heaters. No insulation results in drafts from floors and windows. Broken windows stay broken. Non working appliances stay non-working. No maintenance on holidays or whenever the ONLY maintenance guy goes on vacation. Showers that don't drain or lack water pressure. Thin walls means you hear babies crying. Features an overflowing dumpster. You also get to add a $30 fee to pay online and they don't take checks.  All this for $1100 per month. My finger is so close to the lawsuit/compliance button but I hate litigation.

I have been living here for ten years and I'm very satisfied with the new owners, they made a lot of improvements to the property. The manager is very helpful and nice. And John is always on top of maintenance. The only suggestion I would like to make is it would be great if they upgrade the kitchens.

If i could give it no stars i would. Every time you report a maintenance issue management can get  very rude and takes for ever to send someone to fix the problem. When they do send someone they either don't fit it or make it worst.
