It's a great community and very quiet. The manager Susan is always available to assist. The maintenance staff are very reliable and professional.  I love that it's so close to Buckhead and the mall. I would definitely recommend this community. Ask for Paola or Lanette they are awesome!!

I genuinely enjoyed living at this property. I loved that it was a gated community that kept the gates operating- repairing the gates promptly when needed, not to mention they have 24 hour cameras, the grounds are well kept in appearance and cleanliness, assigned parking and visitor parking and an excellent maintenance staff that promptly addresses issues and lastly a leasing office that is also very helpful and responsive. The only suggestions I would make is possibly having a better laundry facility, possibly an additional speed bump to better regulate speed and better lighting in the parking deck/lot for assigned parking. Like I said, it was a great choice to rent at this property. Looking forward to a smooth move out process.

very nice gated apartment. Nice neighbor and community. We shifted from Wisconsin to here, first 2  days we were not happy with apartment , it looks like old fashioned with all old cabinets in kitchen, old window, but later on we are used to it. And we found couple of maintenance to be done in bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and they did all fix very fast. All preschool and grocery near in 1 mile. Thumbs up. 
Note: there are Cockroaches in the apartment.

I have lived at Recency Square for two years and the staff has been great!! I love that it's a very quiet and small community. They've even started a program were paying your rent on time can boost your credit score. A+

I have been staying here for a little over a year now and the only reason I am leaving is because my husband and I have purchased a house. Living here has been great because of the close proximity to everything. I'm literally 5 minutes from school and 20 minutes from downtown. The apartments are really nice and spacious and have so much storage space. The buildings are a little older but they are in the process of renovating and any issues that come up are quickly addressed by staff. Overall it has been a great experience here.
