Amber (sky) Dhara (earth) is the brand new concept from Vijay Bist. Here, his long-time dream of opening a gourmet Indian restaurant in downtown Palo Alto comes true.
The vision for this restaurant is to provide a seasonal, regional, sustainable and unique menu paired with an extensive wine and cocktail list with friendly, exceptional service.
We have researched and compiled a contemporary menu that focuses on the age-old cusine with a modern touch. Our menu is comprised of traditional recipes that emphasize seasonal, local, sustainable products.
