A pretty decent salad bar. The quality and taste of meats is awesome. The staff if super friendly and keep bringing delicious servings till you are ready to drop. The wine selection is also pretty elaborate and the wait staff knows what they are doing when the recommend pairings based on your preference. Even though we didn't have room for desert, we ordered one of everything and that was the best decision we made that night. The peanut butter dessert was my favorite.

living in Palo alto for almost 2 years and checked out this nice place recently for the first time. Excellent service and high quality food. The salad bar looks great and looking forward to try it out with some unlimited meat variety.

I've been here a few different times and each time the service is great, the meat fantastic and the drinks perfect. Come with a empty stomach as the brazilian steakhouse experience is a wild experience of endless meat. No matter a romantic date, family celebration or business lunch/dinner this place is the best spot to get your protein on.

Authentic Brazilian steakhouse. There's a "Green / Reb" traffic light on the table indicating the waiters whether to bring more meat or let people digest. The food is of the highest quality and the restaurant favors a well equipped bar.

Pampas serves Brazilian steakhouse cuisine. I suggest that you get the rodizio. That consists of a sides/salads bar and endless, unlimited meats bright to your table on large skewers. You get to say yes/no to each thing they bring to your table, picking which meats (and also grilled pineapple) you want. It is impossible not to leave Pampas feeling entirely satiated. The bar also makes excellent cocktails. I asked about the bartender's cocktail specials / inventions of the day, and got a wonderful blood orange bourbon smash with creme de casis. Fantastic!
