Good experience if you can get the right seat. The theaters here are small and the seating can feel a little cramped. The best seats are near the hand rails as they have additional room, but if you're too near the door, you can hear sound from an adjacent theater which is distracting. Otherwise, sound quality is adequate. The price of the movie is fine but beware if you go to the bar. Those prices are high and portions are small.

Since it’s next to the mall parking can be a mess. We came for a Saturday evening 10:30 showing and it was pretty busy with teens. Luckily our movie wasn’t popular with that crowd so we didn’t have any issues with seating or noise in the theater. We joined the amc stubs premier program which waives online convenience charges and gives free upgrades for popcorn and drink sizes. I don’t know why people are saying they only sell larges because we order a medium popcorn. Common sense says to just ask for the size you want. I know they don’t tend to control the ticket prices so I can’t comment on that. Not a bad place to see a movie but if you’re willing to drive downtown I would recommend the Cobb Theater over this one.

Been here for 2 Star Wars releases. The lines can get insane, but they do but decent job with crowd control. One my favorite movie theaters!! The customer service is wonderful and the Dolby theater is great, the seats are comfortable and reserved. AMC has a great stubs program, so definitely join them!

We go here a lot but are opting to go to other theaters. First tickets continue going up, while this place its in need of a upgrade. No small sizes, forcing customers that if they want to enjoy some popcorn and a drink they need to spend $16-$20+ for a low quality popcorn, that half the time is not fresh. We also waited in line for the jedi movie. No it was not a premier night. We were told that if we made the line we would be first to get in. Not only did they come and get us late, but somehow allowed about 20 other people to already be seated approximately the same time we were all waiting outside. Then none of the drinks machine were making ice, so we ended up with some yummy warm pop and my not so fresh popcorn. I called the next day just to let them know what we experienced and I got a somewhat apology with excuses to go a long with it. We just wanted to end Christmas on a nice note with the family so we didn't make much fuss that night but I think if I call respectfully to let you know about the concerns we have, more interest could have been shown and even something to redeem the place. So to make sure all who manage this place are made aware, here is my honest review. Probably wont be coming back in a while.

I remember when this place first opened. It was lovely, never had an issue. Within the last two years, I have had many issues. Lights turning on before the film is over, the wrong film starting, trash left in the theater, being completely ignored when we didn't know the place wasn't open, not being told a short wasn't going to play before a film. When I complained about the lights, by the way, I was told next time to leave the theater and tell someone.. Thereby missing some of the film I paid for. When I have issues, there are kids younger than me shrugging and apologizing but not offering to fix anything. I don't want to get ahead, I simply want the service I pay for. The seats outside of the dolby theatre are getting old and gross now, and there are two places, one within about a ten minute drive, that have all reclining seats. We have actively started to go elsewhere if we can help it, and I don't think we will be returning. We even were given free tickets in response to one of these issues, and I still have them. That's how disappointed I am, I am opting to pay money elsewhere than go to this theater for free.
