First come, first serve, it isn’t nice. Needless to say, family of five couldn’t find a place to sit. Had to do a refund and wait for the next show. Such a let-down with the expectation that the children had. Can’t understand why it works like this. Can’t be so difficult to implement seat bookings? 

In terms of the facilities, all good with nice clean bathrooms. Seats swivel were we sat, which is quite nice. The movie sound was perfect and actual screening was very enjoyable.

I haven't been to the Cinema for a long time, glad I went to Regal!!  I upgraded a complimentary small popcorn as Regal offers a birthday incentive. The staff was great, ticket booth and concessions.  Very enthusiastic as I ask them to critique on the film I was about to see, they were spot on! All around great experience, really made my Monday night!! Thx Regal Cinemas!!

The candy was old and hard, I asked the cashier for a new bag. Same problem but this time it broke my tooth. Ended up losing my tooth and having to get a crown, spending $1k to fix my it. In lots of pain! Just wanted to enjoy a movie with my son. They need to make sure they sell better products to their customers. Ive written to corporate but still noones contacted me. Called the location and noone answers or calls back.

There are not necessarily a bad theater at this venue.  Every theater has good sound and viewing.  Of course, there is also the RPX Theater which is the best as it had better sound and experience plus you select your seat.  The only downside are the ticket prices but mainly concession prices.

Went to see the new Star Wars movie! The cinema there is very comfortable and has a very good snack bar. The people there are very nice!
