This is the worst theater. Crappy website which lets you reserve dine in tickets but only when you get to the theater physically is when you find out that those weren't the dine in tickets. Only select theater/screens have the dine in feature which we don't see the option on their website. Well so we were instructed to the the sister theater which was extremely filthy and disgusting. We reserved reclining seating and paid extra for our selection upon getting to the theater the map was totally off on the website. No reclining seating and it was uncomfortably hot and humid. I was so disgusted that I returned home and washed all my clothes.  Never ever am I going to go to Disney Springs to watch a movie at AMC, the popcorn was even old and crappy. Utter disappointment and disgust.

I normally come to this theater and its slowly getting worse and worse each time. I just saw Justice League. This is the second time the ticket stub attendant had a bad attitude. Leann assumed I was paying for a second ticket because I was going with a friend (who was behind me). She rang me up for two tickets and had an attitude when she had to change it. She rang up my friends ticket and didn’t speak anymore to us. We had to say..” have a nice night” just to avoid another awkward second. It’s literally 57 degrees and I swear the AC was on blast in the theatre I dressed warm but couldn’t even enjoy the movie because I was so ready to get to my car and turn on the heat!
Then the bathroom was disgusting, ticket paper rolls and two clean stalls. What a mess tonight was.

Super fast check in, reserved seating, nice comfy chairs, though not too nice as to make you fall asleep, and big theaters where no seat is a bad seat. Really enjoyed it here. Of course, it might have helped that I was watching The Last Jedi...

Huge, two story facility. Bathrooms are clean, adult beverages were potant (but expensive). Seats are very dated and not comfortable.

Beware, if you are only going for a movie, they now force you to pay $20 just to park and see a movie.  They used to validate your parking ticket so you could avoid this, but they just stopped.  They say the $20 is for you to enjoy Citywalk...but you have to pay for everything you do there, and I'm only here to see a damned movie.  Total ripoff.  Never going back.
