My fiancé and I purchased tickets to see a movie that was largely sold out. He has a medically diagnosed (and properly documented) injury that he has to use walking assistance tools. He cannot get up and down stairs, through small aisles (ADA COMPLIANT IS 36”) and needs to have an area to place his items. There were no handicap spots available online when purchasing tickets so when we arrived at the theater, we were told by the customer service manager to “try” to get to our seats. In the theater only one ADA seat was used by someone with a disability, the rest were used by people who were not handicapped. We had to leave the theater as he could not make it up and down the stairs. We missed our movie and were told by the customer service manager there was nothing he could do. I would like to know, as a national corporation, what the justification is for selling accessible seats to non-accessible customers, and when a customer who actually needs the seat asks, they are turned away. I am severely disappointed in the lack of care from your Winter Park Florida team and will not be visiting this theater, or any Regal theater for that matter, ever again. I sincerely hope there is a level of training provided to the Winter Park staff for any future instances.

I gave up going to the movies cause too many people ruin the experience. Well this Regal theater has me back enjoying films again. 
Stopped by to see a movie recently. Downloaded the app. Bought tickets on my phone & picked out our seats. No waiting in line!
Amazing reclining seats with a tray. Sit back & enjoy! Plenty of room for people to get past your seat. 
The sell beer & the prices are good. Earn some Regal points for rewards. 
Will be enjoying going to the movies more often.

Overall this theater is not a good choice, more of an only choice for the community here. Only thing that is good is recliner seats. The placement of most is well badly placed. If you seat anywhere above center, the recliner is useless because of neck strain. Good luck trying to get refreshments here. They have 2-3 people working this station and there is always a line. And prices can be compared to going to AMC at Disney when purchasing drinks and popcorn. I'll take the old fashion place not far where you may not get reserves seating but the seats are well placed for beat viewing at all spaces, and refreshments line is always less than 5 minutes.

Ticketing online ahead of time is great. Cinema is clean, underwear bass in flagship theatre at a good level. 

Snack counter is undersized and overstaffed (lots of folks just milling behind the counter). 

Did see a film in real 3D, but projection seemed to be a bit less then some other theaters.

Best movie theater seating I've seen. Reclining with little tables. Also love the classics they show.
