These theatres are the worst. We went to a 3D show. It did not work. After an hour into the movie it still did not work and the manager was unapologetic at best. She claimed that "such things happen", which i understand if it was a one time thing. But 3 of my other friends had similar experiences at different times and shows at the same theatres in the last couple of weeks. Sometimes they even played the wrong movie! 
These theatres were good at one point. Maybe it's new management but they are sure going down the drain.

Go somewhere else! Worst theater experience ever!  IMAX seats are  uncomfortable, go for the Prime theater. Food ordered online is a waste. I've had to go fetch it myself 2/2 times I've tried ordering it delivered to my seat. Late night shows, even Friday and Saturday the theater looks like it's closed / closing, stale popcorn and no service. They don't even check your tickets. Even the bar is down after 10. Management is dismissive, rude, and apathetic.

Too bad they wasted all that money on a prime theater and nice recliners because the management doesn't seem to care.

Find a different theater! Lately every time I go I have arrived 15-30 mins before showtime and if I’m not paying by card I have to stand in line for 20-30 mins and miss the start—and forget buying anything at that point. They consistently seem to be understaffed to the point where I need to arrive an hour early apparently(who would do that?).

Whenever I go see a big budget movie in imax, I head here. It's more low-key and a nice environment. The only thing that stops me from giving it a 5 stars is that the employees could be more patient and courteous. I live an hour away and went to a movie on Tuesday  afternoon (not know it is cheaper that day) and the attendant giving me my ticket practically bite my head off when I was entering it on the screen (I wasn't realizing that she was entering for me). She was helpful though. I understand she was helping me save money (I'm also a stubs member) but she didn't need to give me an attitude about it. I will still continue to go here but I might invest in preordering my tickets even though they charge extra...
