Despite arriving 1/2 hour early, the showing we wanted to see was sold out, so we went to a later showing. I guess that's because this is about the only option in town, which is also probably why it was so subpar.

The concessions were overpriced and unbelievably slow. At one point, there were so many people waiting for food, a woman ordered a hot dog and was informed it would be about an hour. The people working the counter seemed like they'd never been behind it before.

The floor was sticky and the lobby was a mess. Lights in the theater were burnt out. The whole place seemed unmaintained and run down.

The movie itself was fine, decent picture quality and sound, about the only passable thing of the whole experience. Coming from out of town, it's amazing that this is basically the only theater in a city of this size.

First time going to the movies in Tennessee, but not the first for an AMC. Was surprised to see a curved screen. Not sure if it improved the movie at all, but it was great as well as the sound. Prices for food and drinks aren't cheap but never has been when going to the movies. Bought a big popcorn and two drinks (combo 2) and it cost more than the four adult tickets we bought to go. The restrooms were clean as was the rest of the place. The concessions got people through fairly quickly, which wasn't bad. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

The people were great at customer service but not at retail overall. The guy at the food counter was discussing his sexual exploits as if there were no women present. Thankfully, my wife doesn't offend easy. Second, the place was disgusting as far as cleanliness. If I were an auditor, I would have shut down the concessions and made the staff clean everything before reopening. The staff were friendly and apologized for conditions, but did not fix them. Someone please treat this like a business and not just a cash cow!!!

This theatre is so terribly managed. You basically have to arrive 45 minutes before your movie starts because the ticket and concession stand lines are so long. I’m not sure why they don’t realize this is a problem and staff more people. Popcorn is always cold and floors are a mess too. They need to fix their scanners so the poor employees don’t have to manually type in the Stubs card # every time. The one positive is that one particular girl (long brunette hair with glasses) who works at the ticket stand is always very friendly and helpful. Same goes for an older gentlemen with glasses who works the ticket stand as well.

This is a small theater. If you want to go to a nice theater I would recommend the one in cool springs. This theater is small so there have been a couple times I've seen opening movies in the small auditoriums. I really like how they have been remodeled though sense AMC took them over.
