The renovations were well worth the wait. The personal recliners are really incredible and the sound system they added is beautiful- really adds to the movie. Unfortunately it’s made the theaters smaller so they will sell out incredibly fast but otherwise great place to see a movie now.

We wanted see a movie and got the front seat!! We went inside and it was too close and came out and tried to change the show/seat .. customer service was Excellent!! He was so nice and changed to different time!! I always look for the customer service .. it was great.. the place is very clean..

Reservation system works great, the seats were amazing, so comfortable with assisted recliner when you press the blue lighted button on the side. The room was clean even though the theatre was full. I recommend anyone to visit this place, close to anything and the Green Hills Mall is just right there.
Great experience, worth it for the money.

Buyer beware. This Regal is not managed well. I'm giving this theater two stars instead of one because I've had good experiences here before. However, the problems of this theater have definitely overshadowed my positive experiences. 

I came here during the week to watch a movie with my fiance. We decided to get lunch food here (big mistake). At the time, the theater only had one person working the register. Only problem was that same person was working the kitchen as well. The manager didn't even bother to help him cook our food. It ended up taking 20-30 minutes to cook (first world problems I know). This wait could have been lessened if they simply had another person working or if the manager helped out. 

Went to go see another movie here. This time, there were a group of kids running around and talking loudly during the movie. I went to tell one of the ushers about it. The usher himself was cool about it and went into the theater to check on the problem. However, he just talked to the kids and stood in the corner for a few minutes then left. The kids proceeded to talk and run around again. The usher came back and just stood in the corner, even though the kids were talking and talked even more when he left again. Why didn't he just kick them out?

The straw that broke the camel's back was when my fiance and I went to see the new Jumanji movie. We showed up to our seats probably 10-15 minutes before the movie actually started playing. Perhaps we should have shown up sooner but whatever. When we got to our seats, we noticed that there were already people sitting there. They had tickets for the same seats as well. Turns out that the theater double sold the same seats and did so with other people as well. We purchased our tickets through Fandango, but I still feel like this shouldn't happen. The manager offered us some other seats for other movies but couldn't get us other seats for the movie we bought tickets for since it was sold out. 

In turn, we will start going to the AMC instead (it's actually cheaper).
