Very good experience. Staff was good and food was delicious. Was much better then what I expected. It was convenient to be able to eat there and what the movie vs. going out to eat and getting to the movies. Basically being able to do two things at once.  Easier for the family and more fun also. Kind of like being at home eating and watching a movie.

Since this theatre has become a dine-in, I can't imagine going to the movies anywhere else! The reclining seats are incredibly comfortable (try not to fall asleep!) and the food is surprisingly good for a movie theater. I was disappointed that they got rid of the gumbo mac and cheese, but it did encourage me to try other offerings, none of which have been disappointing. Very convenient not to have to get up to get refills. Generally nice staff and clean bathrooms.

Great movie theater. Dine service is really nice, great food and perfect for a good date night. The theater is also always clean and easy to navigate. This place has all the good viewing options of movies. Everything from stunning High Definition 2D to spectacular IMAX 3D. I highly recommend this theater for any movie viewing experience

We ordered drinks and an order of nachos when the server came by which was right as the previews we're starting. At this time she ran my card for payment. Our nachos were delivered quickly and we asked for napkins as they did not provide any. When our server delivered our drinks a few minutes later we asked again for napkins. We never got napkins my husband went to the lobby and picked some up. Which is fine normally but when you are paying for the convenience of service at your seat kind of annoying.

Our sever did not return until the movie was ending and presented us with our check. We would have probably ordered more beverages given the opportunity. I did not tip her which is pretty much unheard of, we always tip and generally tip well. 

I may return but I won't order food. The comfortable chair was nice but if I'm paying $40 for a beer, a cocktail and an order of nachos I expect the service that comes with that inflated price tag.

Theater, cleanliness, and movies themselves are fine.  Where AMC fails is the "Premier" lines for ticket sales and concessions, and the service regarding reserved seating.  For the "Premier" lines, non "Premier" customers have to wait in a separate line and will always get skipped if a "Premier" person is waiting.  This can lead to laughable scenarios like mine this past weekend where every time they almost got done serving the "Premier" members, and it was about to be the commoners turn.  Five more "Premier" members would show up and the commoners would be skipped again.  This went on for a solid 15 mins until someone was nice enough to toss a coin to us beggars and let us go ahead of them.  Why aren't the employees taking one from premier then one from the other line, or have employees for premier then some for other, or just quit separating us into classes to begin with?

In regards to reserve seating several people in our movie had people sitting in our assigned seats and the employee working the room just suggested we take another empty seat since the movie wasn't packed.  What's the point of me getting reserved seating of I don't get that seat?
