I enjoy this theater. It is convenient to get to, relatively clean compared to some others I have been to, and the staff have always been pleasant & helpful. I use a cane most times & have not climbed up very high but seats I have sat in were comfortable & most important, my legs were not cramped. We generally use the kiosks to get our tickets. On a rare occasion it might get a lil finicky, but it hasn't been a big issue. Food is ok too.

Regal 27 on Thompson lane has improved over time. Updated seats & well maintained arena. Sound system works pretty well & effective.
Refreshments are good but pricey. Nachos aren't worth the money in any case, its just a pre-packaged bag of nacho chips, Popcorn is ok.

went here on a rainy Saturday to watch movie at noon. ticket lady and counter person were nice, inside is average-good, sound quality decent. when we got out at 3pm is when we felt the crowd of cars waiting to leave parking lot. since there's only 1 way to enter/exit and there's shopping malls opposite, the exit was little cumbersome. but overall decent experience

I LOVE all the Regal Theaters here in Nashville, but I REALLY like this one the best. Love the neon lights outside and inside. And they're almost done with the new renovations to this location. All Regal Theaters,  but this one especially set the standard in serving their customers. @regalmovies

While it’s probably the most outwardly attractive movie theater in Nashville, everything inside is average at best. The sound in the last movie I went to was pretty terrible. The ticket lady Cheryl was super sweet though, so shout out to her.
