I absolutely love this theatre. I’ve been coming here for a really long time and it started out decent and the more I came back it kept getting better. The staff is super friendly, but I have never met a more friendly employee than this young lady named Winter, she helped my son and I out and she was having a conversation with him about our movie and he just lit up like a Christmas tree. She really made our experience the best. We couldn’t make up our minds and she went over the entire menu without even checking. This place really has their staff in the right place. I read other reviews but I never experienced them before, they don’t have bed bugs, and they were very clean as well as for the sound I thought it was at a perfect level.

They never- EVER- pick up the phone. There's no option to wait on the line. It rings, and then tells you to call back another time. And there have been times I'm pretty sure they just hung up on me. 
Why am I so adamant about talking to a representative that just OBVIOUSLY doesn't have the time/care to talk to me?
Because I don't want to pay $30 for two uncomfortable, crusty fabric seats with bedbugs. 
You have no way of knowing whether your seats will be upgraded leather, or filled with blood suckers that you'll take home and never get rid of.
They don't tell you anywhere online what you're going to get when you buy those tickets. And paying the same price for two VERY different experiences? No. Not happening.

Theatre itself was nice. Cleanliness was an issue. Trashcans were overflowing outside theatre and restrooms.  Ran out of popcorn when ordering and tried to give the crumbs to us.

Nice theater I just wish they would've had the Black Panther comic books for those who went on opening weekend.

This used to be a really great movie theater. I remember my experiences here. Watching the Avengers, watching many more movies after that. Well for some more years later. I then opened up to other theaters. And when I came back to see the Last Jedi on opening weekend, everything was empty. The food was alright. Seat locations and everything was good, but it seems corporate, very corporate. This is the problem, movie theaters are just places to watch movies with a good screen. Then they do all this corporate stuff with their clubs and exclusive stuff. Then their weird trailer layout. Not just regular trailers, they're AMC formatted with different transitions and stuff. Saying "Infinity War, soon coming to AMC."And there was about 10 trailers. It felt like forever. Everybody was laughing about how ridiculous it was. Just be traditional and don't make your theater a mega business. AMC Theaters has a Youtube channel. That's why Harkins is more successful in Arizona.
