We went to watch a 3 D movie but they forgot to set it for 3D. Sometimes it looked like a normal screen other times it looked blurry. I went out to get them to fix it and they said they would have someone look into it. After another 15 minutes went by I went back out there. At that point I already missed 25 minutes of the movie. They stated they would start it over once the fixed it, but they never did. They didn't even apologize. The theater smelled really musty and old. Not a good experience.

This is a great little movie theater.  There is always a good choice of films and senior discounts for the early shows. They have membership for discounts on food and drinks as well. One nice thing is the live concerts they have so you can actually see Opera and other events. There is also birthday parties for groups of kids.  The staff is friendly.  It's really a very good community venue. Quite comfortable, clean and efficiently run.

I enjoy our hometown theater. It least we don't,have yo go to Arrowhead for a movie. Concession is a little,pricie.  The ideal movie theater are the,ones that you sit down at a table order lunch and watch the movie. Everyone is quiet and enjoying the movie while eating.

Haven't been to an AMC since 2010 main reason is they aren't near to my home. However the service and loyalty prices can sure make me reconsider the extra 10min drive. Our snack stand cashier Eduardo was so helpful. He signed us up very easily for the rewards program and it saved us so much in 1 visit. The drinks station is self serve and there aren't many size choices, but outside the popcorn we didn't need refills so it worked out. Even the guy who cleans the theater was super nice.  bathrooms were clean and everyone was working keeping the place in order.  Most certainly coming back.

I’m so glad it’s located in my area. I only have great remarks about AMC Surprise. Everyone has great Customer Service. The Manager is so concerned about all of us movie goers. I had 1 issue but he resolved it so fast I couldn’t even complain. A great Manager and  his team reflects the Manager’s skills. We love our Theatre
