Always something to watch. I don't come here often, but when I do, I am always impressed with this theater. It has the reserved seating now. And the seats recline! Always decently clean theater. Very clean restrooms. A lot of food to order at the snack bar. I would recommend this theater to anyone!  Once again, I am impressed! Thanks Harkins.

Hate hate hate the assigned seating idea. If you want to move from an uncomfortable person that chose their seat next to you too bad you have to endure the creep. Tried to move over once but creep moved with us into our bought seats. Can’t complain because then would be put back into seat next to said creep. Get rid of the assigned seat bull and it will be MUCH better. Seats are great, popcorn is good and service is friendly, but seating ruined it for us. Got up and left temporarily since theater was no where near full.

I am a big movie fan as my wife and I met in cinema class in college and movies and cinema is a big part of our lives. While I am not a big Harkins patron we decided to go to Harkins arrowhead as we were in the area. They appear to be in the process of a remodel and the theater we sat in was recently done.  While the movie we saw was great and my whole family enjoyed it my major issue is with the seats and the management. They have power recliners and mine worked good intermittently as my seat got stuck in one spot and while pushing the buttons did no good I jiggled the seat a little and then it went up. Later when I reclined it all the way back and later went to sit the seat up it would not move at all for the remaining half an hour of the movie. I was uncomfortable and irritated and after the movie (still would not sit up) I went to the front desk as spoke with a kid who had a name tag with manager under his name. Now what planet they train their managers on is apparently not in this solar system as when I explained the situation he had deer in the headlights look and didn't really care and gave a excuse of a loose cable as they were new. I am guessing Harkins isn't to concerned about customer satisfaction and returning clientele which is to bad.

Our go-to movie space for years. Way better than AMC both in terms of cost and comfort.

Love the loyalty cups, and the popcorn perks are working out great so far, too

Never had any problems at this theater. They do not actively stop the idiots who use their phone during the movie though. If they would actually remove the rejects who use their phone in the movie I would give five stars.
