Flew into town to surprise my mom. Had time to kill so I went and saw a movie. Screening room 7 for Thor. Didn’t notice until the lights went up an apple seed shaped bug was crawling up my white shopping bag. An adult sized BEDBUG. Not joking. Already regretting coming to Arizona in general, but I paid good money for a movie and not to be fed to BEDBUGS in a dark room. Despite this happening often in movie theaters is no excuse. This shouldn’t be happening anywhere if you want to keep steady business. Disgusting

This place is hot mess.  Too crowded and dirty.  Restrooms without toilet paper. Liquor policy is crazy. Everyone must have ID regardless if they are on Medicare or not!  Oh and then you pay $12 for a glass of wine and it comes in a plastic cup.  Way to keep it classy AMC.  There are too many higher quality theaters in the area....won't ever be back to this hole in the wall.

Saw the late show, here. Unfortunately, they close the concession stands while the movies are still playing. Otherwise... nice theater and comfortable recliner seats.

The sheer amount of stagnant noise that radiates from the audience was enough to make me consider a refund every time I’ve gone. My most recent stay I listened to multiple children crying, grown adults having conversations without even the slightest effort of hushing their voices, people texting, and just ridiculously borderline comical amounts of coughing, shuffling, and muttering at every other scene. It’s a shame because the facility is nice and the seats are cool (if you need to use the bathroom EVERYONE has to unrecline so go before you show up). I suggest they take after harkins and have an easily accessible host reminding audiences to shut up before the film. They even escort people out if they check in and you’re making no effort of being quiet or silencing your kid. I know this seems like a ton of fuss over some movie theater noise but it’s at the point where someone who’s not even that fussy about interference noise can’t even sit through the movie without requesting a refund.

The customer service needs improvement.   The theater is nice but being told you're in 12 doesn't really help.  More words please.   The seats are great but beware of back row you have to watch the movie through a half shield.  Had i known i could have chosen a different seat.   You need to print seat numbers larger so seniors can read them.  Perhaps an usher might be helpful.
