Been working with a problem related to their new online banking system all week.  Couldn't get it resolved.  Finally went in to this branch to see if they could sort it out.  I spoke with Megan Pollock. She had me in and out of the branch in 20 minutes with the problem resolved that no one else had been able to solve.  She's a real pro and knows what she's doing.  If you have an option, choose this branch of the credit union, they're the best.  (On the flip side, avoid Research Park office.  They're awful...especially the manager)

Pulling into the bank is difficult any the parking lot is tiny and awkward. The staff speeds around it on their lunch breaks and won't let you out of your parking stall. They may even hit the car you have a loan out with them. If you are in a hurry or looking for good service. I'd go elsewhere.

This branch is friendly and helpful. The assistant manager, Kirstin, is very smart and will always brighten your day. I've learned so much about banking and credit from her. I also always enjoy working with Megan and Cody. Loan apps are easy and now I'm building credit, thanks to UFCU
