Words can not fully capture my disappointment. Not only was the service slow, it was bad. I swear the bartender was deliberately ignoring us. Our waitress told the other members of our party that they were out of prime rib when she brought my order out. The food was good. And somehow, a steak place was out of ANY bone in steaks? How does that happen? The food was good. I can't take that away from them bit not worth the headache.

Sitting in a booth was a new experience for me at the restaurant because I honestly like to sit at the bar. Even if I'm only getting food, I've found at the service is more personable and the time is quicker when you sit and order from the bar. Now...I did go with family this time and we celebrated a birthday so we decided to sit like mature adults inside. It was ok...we ordered all appetizers and I LOVE the new squash spaghetti. Its about time I can go somewhere and get something that I REALLY want to eat! We also had the stuffed mushrooms which were very cheesy and delish. The wings were also good, not dry at all, there were juicy but cooked. Squash Spaghetti..A non meat eaters DELIGHT! And then there was the drink...I got the...uumm...it was so good that I don't remember the name but it was a margarita...and don't forget to ask them to give you a ROCK CANDY STIRRER!

VERY good food! The chefs are absolutely perfect with every dish! The blackberry tea is addictive and the best tea, they should sell it by the jugs. The waiters work in unison and are very detailed. But the employees at the door were unprofessional. They didn't say nothing when we came in, dropped our dishware, and argued with other employees.

We have a group of 6 people, and they seat us at a square table, connected with a round table, to start off our experience. They then bring out one person's food at a time, but not in a timely manner. Each person was finished with their meal when the next plate was brought out. We asked where the last persons food was, and 15 minutes passed and still nothing. This has been a horrible experience. It shows that our food was never put in correctly, and the last person was never placed at all... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STEAKHOUSE EVER!!!

I had made an online order for my daughter and I. When the person that picked it up dropped it off I noticed that it had steak and mixed veggies, instead of steak an broccoli. My daughter was allergic to one of the vegetables in the mix! When I called they said that they had ran out of broccoli! My daughter could’ve been in the hospital if I didn’t notice. This is completely unacceptable! When I call they just brushed it off and a manager was supposed to reach back out, and they didn’t. I will never order from them again
