I'm so sad that I was NOT a satisfied customer.

I won't recommend this place for several reasons:
1) Too pricey (they charge 20% gratuity)
2) Pushy Owner, rude customer service
3) Products are nice, but the people using them don't know how to apply them  
4) I received a racist comment from the owner about my skin color. I'm African American! Telling me that I should "lighten" my skin is rude and unacceptable! This happened many times.
5) The Indian lady who was doing my pedi cut my foot. She also kept saying I need to wax (I was going to do that after the pedi)
6) My friend used to work there and once she was sick (yes, hospitalized), they fired her.  These people want their staff working sick? That is unsanitary!
7) They claim to be a med spa, however, they don't have any medical knowledge (I know, I have been a nurse for 20 years)
8) I saw a girl walk in to complain about their products and/or services, and they moved her to a room so I couldn't hear.  When she was in the waiting room, I heard the owner complaining (non-stop), thus making the girl wait there for 15 minutes. I think that girl should sue!

Before I made a judgment about this place I made sure to try it at least 2 or 3 times. Each time it was a bad experience. These people should definitely reconsider how they treat people (including those of color). According to my friend, I wasn’t the only unhappy customer who complained about spending a ton of money to get pampered and coming out empty handed.

Each time I have tried to post my feedback, the server deleted it, which makes me question whether these review sites ever keep the negative feed back. A friend of mine also posted her bad experience & it was deleted.  Hopefully, google is different.

Best of luck to those who have had bad experiences.

Please note I have heard great things about their massages & body scrubs, yet, those were all from my non-ethnic friends/clients/co-workers.

I have worked at an Aveda salon and spa, a department store salon and spa and a medical spa and I have to tell you, I never saw results like I did after a peel with Kiran.  My skin was smoother and more even-toned the very next day.  I had a pumpkin peel, I highly recommend it.  I am thinking about Laser hair removal as well, so I will be trying them for that at some point as well.

The first time I went in was for a consultation. I had a specific appt time only to find out that a large group of people were also scheduled all around the same time. What should have been a 5-10 min appt, kept me out a whole hour.
Then after my first appt, I was told their computer system was down and left my phone number so they could follow up to make an appt. Never heard from them. I had to eventually call in order to get in.
While I've found the technicians to be friendly, the rest of the staff has come off as cold and uncaring. Next I look for this kind of service, I'll be going elsewhere.

I bought the groupon for laser hair removal in the beginning of janruary and called immediately to schedule my appointment. They couldn't get me in for a 5 minute consultation till mid march so I accepted. I told them I've already gotten laser hair removal before so I am a good candidate but they refused to treat me without coming in for a consultation first. They called me a few days before my appointment and said they needed to cancel it due to scheduling problems. They rescheduled for march 28th. I tried to get my money back by calling groupon but no luck. I went to my appointment and the place was packed. No where to sit and a long line to wait in the check in. I drive all the way from downtown Seattle to wait OVER an hour just to be called back for a 5 MIN consultation. calling groupon after this to try once more to get my money back. Would not recommend this place.

I like this place because they are friendly and treat there customers good. I am Hispanic/Caucasion and 25. I am a new customer and i got the Groupon for 6 Laser hair removal treatments for a Brazillion treatment. Since i wanted everything gone, i purchased the extended brazillion there for an extra $300 about. It was more, but i was fine and i wanted it done at once. So if you buy a coupon from a website or just in general i definitely do recommend calling and asking  about the area and exactly what it offers laser for. It's simple and it will not surprise you if its not the area you want. As soon as i bought my groupon i called the same day to make my appointment. (If your smart, you would do that same, because in a day they will be booked up). I think thats what happened, and why the below people were making bad comments. there's only 3 people, so yes they are busy, but friendly. My appointments are 30 minutes, and they provided ice if i needed it. I may be a new customer, but they already offered me a new better deal for being friendly. However i do believe, treat others as you want to be treated. I have always been nice, and i have been late and missed my appointment in the am, but they still saw me. I do not know much about the laser's but after 2 treatments, i am noticing a difference. I say call and ask, and be nice, and they will treat you better. But be patience, and wait for them to e-mail/ call you back.
