The place looks really nice but one of the ladies was rude when I told her I didn't like the color after only putting it on one finger. She told me I couldn't change my mind after I already picked it. Thankfully another lady walked up and allowed me to switch colors. I don't understand why that would be a problem. Then it felt like she gave me the cold shoulder through the rest of the process.

My friend and I had an appointment but apparently that doesn't matter. We ended up having to wait before we were helped. Then after my friend's pedicure was finished the lady said she would be right back to do her manicure. A half hour later the lady STILL hadn't returned. She had gone to do someone else's pedicure and left us waiting there. We finally had to ask someone if she was ever going to get her manicure done. It was finally after 45 minutes that someone ever came back. WORST customer service I've ever experienced. And on top of all of that the prices are outrageous. Most expensive around and for poor customer service. NEVER returning here again.

This place looks beautiful and is in a great location. I went in for a pedicure and was instructed to select polish. The display was messy and splotched with polish. Most of the bottles contained little to no polish. I wanted a burgandy color with a sparkly quality but there was none. My preference seems like a common one and I feel this choice should be available considering the price of the service. I left without getting that pedicure. I guess stocking polish and keeping that area tidy is an overlooked aspect of this business.

LOVE this place. Fantastic service, very helpful and polite! Also LEE is the best he always gives me exactly what I ask for plus my nails NEVER break I can go weeks without filling and he is super tedious and kind. Deff recommend this place and to try every service they provide. Let lee do your nails!

The manager is sweet, but The quality of service is poor. I got shallak done on my nails and it looked awful. Very lumpy, uneven shape, a very poor paint job and a lazy manicure. I'm not sure if the woman was new, but I trusted in her ability until I saw the outcome. They didn't give attitude or show any disrespect when I asked them to be redone, but then 6 of them did crowded me, while skeptically looking at my nails and blaming everything but the lady who did my nails. It was very uncomfortable. Then to make things worse they sat me with the same woman. I had to watch her like a hawk the second time. I witnessed her mess up then scrape the paint off half the nail with a tissue then repaint over that then mess up and do it again. I didn't say anything else because I was ready to leave that place. My thumb nail Must have 6 layers on it. Then She wouldn't wait for them to dry all the way when she applied the clear coat and smudged a few. I was baffled. I couldn't believe the lack of professionality and laziness. And they still didn't look good. By the time we finished My nails ended up incredibly thin to the point they bend at the slightest pressure, and they're still lumpy. When I got home I had to reshape them and apply a top coat to smooth out the lumps and harden them. Again, the customer service was okay but the quality was poor.
