The facilities and staff are great. Attentive, friendly staff, and their restaurant menu is wonderful. The spa visitors? Not so much. Lots of obliviousness (yakking loudly with friends in the quiet treatment rooms) and "rules for thee but not for me" types who disregard the clear procedures and requests from staff posted all over the spa. Went in looking forward to a relaxing evening there, but left feeling, well, not relaxed. Spoke with staff, who admitted that it's been challenging at times, trying to enforce their policies with people who disregard them. I would go back to the spa again, but not as often as I'd planned, and not on weekends, when it's most crowded.

I have always had a wonderful experience at Olympus Spa. It's the best place to completely relax and unwind with your fellow ladies. Some people I know have been concerned about the pool nudity rule (no swimsuits or clothing of any kind are permitted in the pool/spa room) - I have to say that it's completely professional, extremely clean, sanitary, and private - there's no way anyone from the outside can see in. I got a pedicure at Olympus Spa and it's the best pedi I've ever had - definitely worth the $$. The only issue I've ever had with this place is sometimes the girls who work the reception desk aren't that friendly. This has only happened a few times (not every time. Maybe they were having a stressful day?). Other than that, this place is fantastic and I recommend it to any lady out there who is looking for a safe place to completely be herself and unwind.

The most amazing experience EVER!! This place is a monthly requirement in the winter! Gives me the boost and recharge I need to keep going strong through the cold wet months ahead!! Cannot recommend it enough!

I love Olympus spa. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxing and the prices for the services are reasonable. I go at least once every few months or more just to relax.

I go to the naked spa once a year on my birthday. I love it. I love the hot pools, the hot rooms, the amazing Korean food, and the fruit infusion water. It's just such a special treat.
