I had written a review a few months back regarding my dissatisfaction with the front desk staff. Treva personally tried to contact me a few times. Despite our not being able to connect there was a noticeable difference in the staffs customer service and approach. From the moment I walk in the door I do feel like that warm inviting cozy atmosphere has returned. I'm enjoying getting to know the new staff. This is my retraction of my one star review. Trieva and her staff deserve all five stars.

Trieva's spa is my home away from home. They hire only the best and train them to be flawless and friendly. I've had spa services at some of the best places money can buy and Trieva's is top of the line. Try this hidden gem in Lynnwood and you won't be disappointed.

Found Trevia on groupon and decided to give them a try. Randomly selected Tiffany for my appointment. Tiffany was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am not going anywhere else but Trevia! So happy I came across this Spa.

Great Spa and Salon. My wife gets waxing, facials and her hair done their. I get my ears, nose and brows waxed. I also get my hair cut at I have been in for Message's, Facials, Micro blade and my favorite is the Micro Current it makes me look 10 years younger. Trieva's has an AMAZINGLY friendly, gifted and well trained staff.

I've been Trieva's customer for over 5 years. The service is always amazing! No matter who I see, they are always friendly and well trained by Trieva herself. As a busy professional, I really appreciate the online booking feature. I would (and do) highly recommend Trieva's spa to all my friends. Great job and thank you!
