They have been great! They saved me from a bad experience at another cleaners. They are 20 miles from my house and I still go out of my way to use them. The last time I needed shirts done ASAP they waited 30 minutes to do their last load for me! They were able to get the shirts to me on the same day!

Only take your shirts here if you are OK with American Cleaners making "barely noticeable stains" to the collars of your shirts, heavily pressed wrinkles that permanently damage the collars of your shirts, and rude ownership who will not take responsibility for her employees mistakes.

I will not be returning after my most recent experience with American Cleaners and their rude owner. I pick up my shirts and notice a yellow stain on the collar of a pink dress shirt. After receiving a shirt with a pressed in wrinkle on the collar in the past, I always inspect my shirts before I drop them off. I pointed out the stain to an employee and they attempted to re-clean the shirt. When I went to pick up the shirt several days later there was a "sorry tag" on the shirt and they informed me they were unable to fix the stain and to call their owner, Laurie. 

The next day after I dropped of the shirt for the owner to inspect I received a rude voicemail from the owner saying, "She could barely see the stain and that my shirts are not very...well you should probably take your shirts elsewhere". This is what American Cleaners calls customer service. American Cleaners stains your shirt but since they can "barely see the stain" its not their problem. A stain on the collar of your pink shirt is unacceptable no matter the size. They are trying to clean it one more time, but I doubt it will be fixed and I doubt I will be compensated.

I couldn't agree with her more about not coming back.

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! I have lived ALL over the country and have been to at least 20 different Dry Cleaners across the nation and these folks are BY FAR the best and most professional! 

I brought a football jersey that was riddled with oil stains from wearing it while motorcycle riding. They gladly took it in, and when I returned to retrieve it, IT WAS LIKE THEY BOUGHT ME A NEW JERSEY!!! Furthermore, my laundered shirts came out flawless and stain-free.

I HIGHLY recommend this cleaners for anyone in the general area and definitely recommend the extra drive for those that may not be in the immediate area.

The staff is phenomenal and extremely friendly! This is most definitely the BEST cleaners I have ever had the pleasure to bring my business.

This was my first visit and was floored by their cash-only policy along with the rule that coupons must be presented at the time of drop off. I guess I'm a rare individual that carries little cash so it was inconvenient to have to leave and make a second trip. If cash-only is the plan, great. Just be courteous enough to mention it in your ads instead of calling it good with a small sign taped to the front desk. Most importantly, the dry cleaning quality is very poor. It is the equivalent of a sloppy steam press.

My suits are always nicely cleaned and pressed. Never had an issue and they are nice. I always forget my coupons though. Remember to take your coupon with you during drop off you can't use them at pickup (which is weird).
