They were able to quickly dry clean my sweater, but stretched it out significantly. It is now longer on one side than the other- and does not fit me correctly. I do not recommend going here.

They damaged my shirt with a ink stain that I know wasn't there when I brought it there. Manager named Sarah is terrible and doesn't return calls regarding this situation. As a valued customer for many years no refund or credit was even offered. When Rob was the owner he was great and he was the reason I've been going there for many years. So I guess they don't value my business and I will never go back.

Fat white girl is rude. Lied and told me it would cost $80 to clean each of my rugs when in all actuality it was only half the price. Won’t be going there or referring anyone to her.

I took my daughter's wedding dress in and specifically asked if they were equipped to handle this. I had a cloth bag covering the dress and asked if i needed to take it with me, or if they would use. I was told that I could leave it with them and they would make sure it was handled with care. At pick-up, first the guy couldn't find the dress, which totally freaked me out. Then it was covered in plastic instead of the cloth bag I brought in. I saw the bag crumbled up by the trash can. It was very wrinkled and dirty. Guess where I will never go for my dry cleaning in the future. And to top it off, my bill was $156.97 for 5 pieces.
