This is a great laundromat. There is always someone there to assist, they do have drop off service and oftentimes have coffee and pastries for the customers. They're not open 24 hours but it is a nice place to wash.

Turned in three suits and shirts to be cleaned and pressed. They burned holes in the fabric on the shoulders of two suits. They look like cigarette burns. We do not smoke. When I complained, after looking them over, the guy insisted they were there when they were dropped off; they must have lost the tag that said it was damaged. They lost the third suit after mistakenly handing off to the wrong customer. We got it back, but the owner (the young guy, not the elderly man, so I guess it's his son) yelled at me that I still needed to pay for the dry cleaning after I got it back two days later. The shirts for all three were pressed in the front, but the back and sleeves were not. Dryers do not heat up very well. The heavy-duty washing machines work great and extract most of the water. Bathroom is clean. The elderly owner has a deep respect for veterans, which shows in all of his flags on display. His wife is a delight and has refunded me money when the dryers don't heat up. I've never had a problem with the two older owners. The 20-something year old son, however, is a mouthy jerk who yelled and cursed out the customer ahead of me, then yelled and cursed at me when I was angry about the missing suit.

Once the place ran out of hot water, said they needed to heat it up. Once recently they had a fire too. Once I went there to do laundry, now I don't.

Clean and usually not too crowded. Very kind owner and mostly nice staff. Has been our primary place to do laundry the last couple of years. However, some of their dryers don't dry everything and their washers don't always work properly.
