Once again, new ownership. I was so happy with the service I received with the previous owners and left a great review. However, after only 1 visit under new ownership/management, I will *not* go back. I took a few pair of pants and a sweater that had a toothpaste drip on the front. I always ask for my pants to have a front crease and this is always noted on the ticket. When I picked up my clothes, they were poorly pressed and the pants did not have a front crease. The sweater still smelled of perfume and the toothpaste spot was still on the front-leaving me to wonder if it was even cleaned. The pants were barely pressed and my 7 year old might have done a better job.  I'm so disappointed to live in a community with over 60% retail and not ONE good dry cleaner. From now on, I"ll take my cleaning to St. Louis on my way to work.

If I could give it zero I would. Run, do not walk, run as far away from here as you can. New ownership has taken over and this place is unprofessional and shady. After being told it would take 2 days for shirts to be laundered and pressed it took them 5 weeks. When I asked to speak to management I was brushed off, given excuses that didn’t make sense. Zero customer service. I honestly never thought I would see the items again. Do not bring your clothing here, you’ll risk never seeing them again.

I agree with you Debra i only gave 2 stars because service use to be good! Where is Chris at? He could have trained him better or at least come help  The new guy just seems lost and not confident about the job. i was there mon and tues . One thing the new guy must learn is never make promises you cant keep if you cant take a stain out or give the clothes back on time then dont promise us that u will.

I been going to this cleaners for 2 years now. And today that young man the new owner shocked me! If he says hes going to do something he will do it. The only cons I would have is he needs good helpers because I see him doing everything so he's always busy.

Not impressed with service, one of the workers counted my clothing with a pen in his hand and I asked him to put it down.

A few days later,  I picked up my clothes after being dry cleaned. I pulled my shirt out of the plastic this evening and I had pen marks on my shirt. Tonight is my wedding rehearsal!!! Can’t make this up. Never going there again.
