BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase here, make sure ADAM IS NOT YOUR SALES PERSON!  (Eastlake) Request ANYONE else! Not only was he on his phone the entire time while I spent $1,600 with him... He straight up LIED to me about the frame and headboard included in the price I paid for the bed (mattress and box spring) he straight up LIED to my face and my mom as well since she was with me. ALSO, I called yesterday to mention it to the manager, Leroy (I never complain. I am a very calm person and understand things happen everywhere but this was completely unacceptable) and Leroy never called me back. I will be making a corporate complaint as well as the BBB and possibly further. He was absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !

Also not to mention the tables I got were such low quality that they didn't even align when putting them together!  Not low prices.... low quality!

I did like that the manager gave discount for veterans, firefighters, and policemen. Didn't like that the delivery people failed me. Gave them to proper number to call and they had to go back to the store to get the incorrect number to reach me on. First they got there and didn't have enough legs for our sectional. They found spares in the truck. Then they set the couch up and we were missing a couch cushion. Of course when I called them the office was closed. Called the next day and an useless man told me they had too many deliveries to drop off the cushion. Then said we could come pick up the cushion. Then it went to it could be redelivered but we'd have to pay half for the delivery. Hopefully the manager will be able to give us better results!! Makes no sense why we gotta pay or wait for them to fix their mistake!

Never again. They’re all helpful until it’s time to get your things delivered. I suggest that if you do buy from this place, to have your own transportation to take your furniture home. Management lied to me about their delivery protocols. Apparently they don’t even have their own truck, & have to share with an Akron location. When I bought my couch, the manager told me that they only have three deliveries on Saturdays and my couch would be arriving no later than 3pm. WRONG. They had TONS of deliveries that day. After going all the way back up to the store on the day of delivery to see what was taking my couch so long, I did still not get my couch until 9pm. Delivery guys were super nice and said there are many issues with what a manager tells customers about delivery services. Don’t have me waiting all day for a couch that you KNOW won’t be mine until late in the evening! Be honest so I don’t waste my time and other people’s times while they house-sit for me! I’m not paying almost $80 just to sit around and wait all day! The delivery fee wasn’t even discounted for my troubles. So far my couch is fine; still not worth being lied to my face after paying all that money for the couch and wasting my entire Saturday. Be loyal to your customers so they can be loyal to you. My first and last time shopping here.

They didn't deliver my bed and headboard footboard and rails when they said they were. Delivered my items the day after I was originally supposed to get them!. They brought my bed headboard,footboard and rails but forgot my mattress had to go back to the store to get mattress they didn't even know I hadn't received the mattress yet either. Then come to find out they delivered me the wrong size bed frame and then when I called about it there was no resolution to anything. But of course still had to pay delivery fee. They said that they would come get the incorrect bedframe 2/26 but I had to call and call to reach someone and when I finally go in touch with someone they told me the delivery truck had blown a tire. When I called first thing in the morning they told me it would be on the 1st truck going out.  Call back later it was still at the store. Very upset with service they don't wanna refund my delivery fee! Awful management. No one called and notified me of any of this the whole weekend I had to call to figure out what was going on each day! They are not really concerned about you receiving items you have purchased. Needless to say I'm still waiting on my bed frame to come From Saturday 2/24 it is now 2/27. Been out of a bed frame since I've moved on 2/24. Never again will I do service with this unprofessional business!

Here's the reality of shopping at American Freight Northfield Ohio - it is worth it, but the process is a bit of a circus. Contrary to one review on here, everytime I have been in this store i NEVER have any sales people bother me.  I pretty much never even see any sales people which I enjoy.  It seems like no one is trying to screw you to make extra comission or monthly quotas.  With that being said, once you find someone to help you, the prices are very reasonable(from my comparisons).  I bought a sofa & love seat for 398$ + a 90$ delivery fee.

The delivery process is where this company struggles. I scheduled a delivery for Sunday and was given NO time frame what so ever.  Not that I even cared, but the delivery men told me that they would not be to my APT until 11 pm at night (on a SUNDAY)... I mean like I said it didnt matter to me, and i'm happy i got the stuff; but it would have been nice to know at noon or 3pm or 6pm that my item wouldn't be delivered until LATE that night. That is a major problem in their sales process.

Anyway, I would probably still buy future items from this store. But I also realize that it is ran like a circus and I can't count on them for anything.  Still a better option than paying way more elsewhere, in my opinion.
