My husband and I were shopping for a new couch and stopped in Ashley to check out their President's Day sale. We were immediately greeted by Fran. She was helpful and knowledgeable, but never pushy or intrusive. We were very happy with our experience and the sales were as advertised. We ended up purchasing a new rug in addition to the couch because of the great deals and financing we were able to get. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality furniture at a reasonable price. Ask for Fran!

2 chairs caught our eye. We went to a different store to find a sofa, but returned to Ashley for the selection, price and service. Steve, our sales guy was awesome and lugged the chair around the showroom so I could make sure it looked good with the sofa we liked.

I usually buy my furniture from Ashley furniture in Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania. Always great service and bend over backwards for you. Did not realize they were individually owned and not a franchise. What a difference an owner can make I stopped in today to see if I could take a chair to my house in Avalon for a color match and the manager named Mel flat out said no with no explanation to the sales associate or myself. Didn't have the common courtesy to get up out of her seat to realize that I would have purchased it and if it didn't match bring it back. I would definitely stay away from this place. I'm a General manager of an automobile dealership and let people take $80000 cars to see if they fit in her garage. That was poor service before the sale, I couldn't imagine how it would be after the sale! Very disappointed with her laziness and her ignorance

We love our new couch! And Steve was amazing! He was so helpful at getting us exactly what we needed. I recommend him!

Steve was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about all of the furniture and was able to answer all the questions we had. We will definitely go back and ask for him next time we need any furniture.
