We have Spanish-speaking sales associates, warehouse and front office personnel, with superior customer service, always with a friendly smile. We offer free in-home design service as well as friendly, low-pressure sales staff that would love to assist you in turning your house into a home. We have an amazing 90,000-square foot. showroom with well-displayed and marvelously lit vignettes for your shopping pleasure. Our express check out counters are conveniently located for a faster shopping experience. We also have a space planning station to help design your dream home, right inside our store. We bought a badly needed chair with an ottoman with some Christmas money over the holidays. The chair was in stock but the ottoman was going to be shipped “a few weeks later.”  A month and a half later we still don’t have the ottoman and just got a phone call saying it is going to be another month before it comes in. I won’t be surprised if we get another phone call in a month that says its delayed even longer. What a joke. Buy a product and receive it three months later. Would’ve gladly gone to a store and paid more that could’ve given us our desired furniture in a more timely manner

Update: You will notice the manager takes zero ownership over the behavior of his staff or any issues they caused.  The discount offered was 1.5% off our total order which I think most would find insulting.

Nothing screams professionalism like trying to publicly blame a customer for your failures as a leader and manager.

Original: I encourage people to take their business to another company.  My wife and I started off on a positive note, but things quickly dropped off.  We had to bring a manager into our situation for some help, but it was almost 5pm, time for her to go, so even though we were spending several thousand dollars, she didn't want to be bothered.

I later received a call from the GM of the store.  This individual spoke about how the other manager could do no wrong and how wonderful she was.  In the end, he basically did nothing to make up for our bad experience or retain our business. 

I've always believed, you get what you pay for - and here's another fine example.  Good luck if you take the risk.

Great experience. Salesman John B. was always ready to answer any questions when asked. He let us look around with out any pressure to buy. There was a large selection of mattresses to pick from with detailed information fliers at the foot of each one.
Even with free delivery offered by other competitors with similar products, AFW still had the best total price. Also their delivery schedule fit well with our daily schedule.

Sales people are not pushy at all, which is so nice! I've gotten a couch, bookshelf, and night stand from here, all of which are great! We decided to rent a truck from them ($20 for 75 minutes) to bring our stuff home ourselves instead of delivery. The truck was not in the best shape, but we made it there and back with plenty of time to spare. The warehouse guy gave us an extra 15 minutes for free just to be safe! Awesome service, great furniture, decent prices! We're going back to get a dining room set soon :)
